Sunday Service Hanuman Celebration – NEW EVENT

HANUMAN SUNDAYS: A LIVING CHALISA CELEBRATION
Chant • Study • Story • Ecstatic Devotion
Join us on alternating Sunday’s to share our love for Hanuman. We’ll chant Chalisas and other mantras, we’ll learn about each verse in Sanskrit and English, we’ll share a community favorite Chalisa of the week, as well have interactive guests and visitors from around the world via Zoom. We will alternate events with live musicians, recorded concerts, teachings and lessons playing on the big screen with an amazing sound system.
In Hindu theology, Rama and Krishna are both avatars of Vishnu—the same divine consciousness appearing in different forms across vast cycles of time. Rama appears in Treta Yuga, embodying dharma, righteousness, duty, and kingship. Krishna appears later, in Dvapara Yuga, embodying love, play, intimacy, and spiritual freedom.
Hanuman is the eternal servant of Rama, the highest expression of selfless devotion. His story belongs to Rama’s age, where love is proven through service. When Krishna appears in a later age, the divine story shifts toward intimacy and play—not because devotion has disappeared, but because each age reveals a different way of loving God.
